Perfect size
Love this tray. Great size for just baking veg or for smaller cuts of meat. Sturdy tray and rack.

Good but.......
I love the pan and I am very happy with the way it cooks, however like a previous reviewer, I wasn't aware that the handles are SO high! I have to use it only on the top rack which is not recommended in a fan force oven. Obviously my mistake when reading the specifications!

Sorry - not that impressed
I'm sorry to say I'm not impressed. After reading all the reviews I decided to buy this small roaster, and my first effort was roast pork, with crackling. In order to get the crackling crispy I had to turn the oven up to a high temperature, and found that the scan pan burnt really badly, and it took me hours to get it clean again. Also the high handles were a real issue. I wanted to do roast vegetables at the same time, but they had to go right at the top of the oven as the roaster needed the…
