Frypan
I like the weight of the frypan as its not too heavy. The pan heats quickly and of course the non stick makes cleaning up simple

Wolstead Superior Frypan 26cm
Great pan and a good size when cooking for 2 - good surface for fish or chicken and ovenproof handle fpor finishing off food in the oven. Also perfect for an omelette or frittata

The slickest pan in your collection
There is nothing quite as nonstick, as a good Teflon pan. This 26cm nonstick pan by Wolstead is great value for money. The heavy base holds heat well for even cooking and its ovenproof design means finishing food in the oven is not a problem. The handle has been designed so it doesn't absorb much heat from the burner, so you won't burn your fingers while cooking. I've been sliding eggs off the cooking surface straight onto the plate, which is a dream for any cook. It does need some special care…
